No statements

I am still not getting my car finance statements.
The last statement I received was from August 2013.
I have not received my September, October, November and December statements as yet.
This is extremely BAD service as I have requested my statements on numerous occasions but have still NOT received is.
I want someone to explain to me what is going on as it is against the consumer protection act to withhold or not provide statements!
