Rip off!!!

Good day.

I am shocked and outraged at Telkom and its attorneys. We ran into financial problems and could not pay our bill. An attorney from Telkom phoned us and an arrangement was made to pay them back. We were phoned to say that because we have paid a certain amount we will no longer be charged for sms'ses and phone call at R25.00 each!!! My current outstanding balance puts me at the same point as before, the extra costs will not even reach Telkom! It is being pocketed by the laywer.

I need help and answers, I know I am in the wrong for not paying, but how can you get back on your feet when each middleman wants a fat portion!!!
