Telkom - Recovery of outstanding acc via Attorney!

I have an outstanding account with Telkom going back to 2012 which was resulted in an outstanding account of - R2000.00, failing to settle Telkom they contacted their attorney to recover the outstanding amount from me over a period of time with a monthly deduction of R200.00pm (attorneys Dali Mantlana Inc in JHB).
I have just discovered that my outstanding acc at attorneys is - R2400.00 after paying for nearly a year.

They send you thank you sms for payment received (5.00 per sms and i on average get 5 a month) and reminder sms even though I pay religious at the end of each month (5.00 per sms and i on average get 5 a month) and charge me for it!! They update their system monthly via telephone call to me and charge me for that as well. To my shock and horror I request and urgent statement of my account only to find that that will also cost me R20.00 for the email... I attach my account for this month!!

Cost for this month only amounts to R110.00 exc interest... Seriously can somebody help!!!
