Shocking repair "service"

I booked my phone in for service on 7 December 2013. I have still not received it back on 30 January 2014. Firstly I recieve a message on 30 December to say that my phone is back from repair and ready for collection. When I go into the store to collect (and after the store being unable to locate my phone for a number of days), I am informed that no repairs have been performed on my phone as "Find My iPhone" had not been de-activated. This should have been requested when I booked the phone in for repair, but was not. I re-booked my phone in and still await its return. I have therefore been without my phone for a few days shy of 8 weeks now, without any indication as to when I may expect to have my phone returned to me. This is unacceptable! How can it possibly take this long to repair a faulty phone? In my opinion this a shows a total disrespect for a customer and lack of interest in customer service.
