1 month without a call from CellC

Hi all, Below please find the automated response from CellC. Its automated because Mbongeni does not work there anymore. Looks like he was paid off for not adhering to an instruction to call the customers. That was 1 month ago today and still no news

Anyway - the debit order is cancelled - I'm waiting for CellC to cut my line and lose my number so I can claim damages for breach of contract for stationary costs and inconvenience. What I love about HELLOPETER is that it is all on record as there has been correspondence and acknowledgement from CellC. for over 3 months now. Will keep everyone updated on proceedings
