I had accumulated free cellc to cellc minutes but they were not working on a number that cellc identified as a cellc number. Instead of using my free cellc to cellc minutes it was charging me for the calls.
Cell c noted this on three separate occasions and promised to reimburse me once the problem was resolved.
The problem was first logged over two weeks ago and still I have heard nothing!
