Frustrating / Poor service delivery

I have a 2mbps line and only runs at half the capacity that was promised from telkom. I am extremely disappointed as i have not received the adequate service promised. After running benchmarks on my internet connection it was brought to my attention that it is running at a much lower speed than what i am paying for. I was under the impression that telkom was one of the better ISP's. Disappointed
