2mb line running at average 80-100kbps

Me and my family have been customers of Telkom for the past 20 years and am highly disappointed of the product that we have just signed into. We have signed into the package of 2mbps line uncapped internet and we have done countless speed checks that show speed of max. 150 kbps compared to the supposed speed of 2000kbps (speed tests are hard to do when you cant even log onto the page itself to do the test). I also live in an area that has internet speeds of supposedly 4mbps.

Although the speed of the internet is on average 100kbps from 12am till 6am, it doesnt help the fact that we are sleeping at those times. Once again when i get home from work at 6pm i dont even bother using my internet, due to the fact that it is ridiculously slow that it can't even open the google home page and even if it some does the line is so jumpy that the connection cuts in and out and therefor leaving me to be unable to do anything.

As a long term loyal customer i am very unhappy and will be looking for alternative service providers if this situation is not resolved within the next 2weeks.

Am i mad or is the internet connection on a 2mbps line supposed to be that slow that it cant be even used??
