Why do Telkom make promises they can't keep. We where promised 10mb adsl lines and better service.
Telkom has failed on all accounts. the promised 10mb line is running at a bad 1mb connection and according to Telkom that is the best they can do. Telkom was voted the best broadband in South Africa, how voted Telkom management because the rest of the country will not vote for the at all.
The service is bad, the call centre is useless and the poor users gets no answers or results.
What can we do?
