Charged for a modem, still under guarantee

Billed for a replacement modem, which was approx 2 or 3 months old, after been told at the time of replacement I would not be billed. This after the first replacement was not working, then they gave me a second hand one, after I complaint they replaced it for the third time.

I have emailed my complaint to them and am awaiting their response.
