Vodacom delivers my notebook, wi-fi router and galaxy pocket on the 31 january up until now am still strugling to connect the network everytime when i phone them they keep telling me to switch-off the router for 5hours some 2 hours then connect it back and everytime it still says no network and today the lady at the call centre told me that they have registered the wrong sim card and told me to swap with the other sim tha was supposed to be for the galaxy phone, my aim was not to use the sim for the galaxy so it was still attached to the card to my supprise when i did the router is now working but with too much mb used but i just installed it now, when i phone them they told me its not their fault i should contact the data department but i mean vodacom shoul sort it out am gatfol i feel like returning this deal back it does not help me to suffer while i pay my hard earned money for useless things, vodacom does it bother u that u have more complaits? it means you must fix it.
