Credit still not reflecting!!!

It's been 3 months and looking at my statement, my credit still does not reflect! 3 months and I'm still at square one! I was promised my account will be sorted and that a payment should not be made until it is and now I am without service again because I don't know what I owe seeing that my account has not been fixed since the 13 November 2013 as promised. I was told that MTN tried to contact me at work. Why not call me at home and leave a message and number??? I expect someone to call me and advise me that my account is sorted and I want a statement stating that too! I expect a call on the number I left because I would really LOVE to speak to someone regarding this! I would love to make a payment and just end this contract but how do I since I have no idea what is going on on my account! I have no service, AGAIN! I called the customer service line but we all know how helpful they are! That's all I ask. Fix my account and cancel my contract! I think that's the least you can do!
