My account payment still not sorted out

I am extemenly frustrated! i made a account payment on the friday 6th of september at CNA parow centre of R500. apon leaving, i read my slip and saw that it reflected a account balance of -R500so a went back to query. i was then told that the teller was offline when she accepted my payment (i swiped with my credit card). Gavin (store manager) then took my details and copies of my slip and statement and said he would call me back on saturday 10th, but that the payment should reflect on my account the next day. i never received his call. monday the 9t i called edcons customer services and they said that no payment is reflecting-i then already had received a sms to say that transunion has been notified by edcon that i am a slow payer. i went back to Gavin to ask what was happening - he then procedded to say he did not yet sort out my query as he was busy with his insurance claims for his store due to electrical and water issues over the weekend. he then took my details and copies of everything AGAIN. he pulled his bank statement of last week and proceeded to tell me that their was a payment that came off my credit card for R500 BUT HE DOESNT KNOW WHERE IT WENT TO. i have still no rpl
