I reported a problem on our line on 27-01-2013. Since then the fault has not been cleared. It may work a day or two but is then down again. As it is not cleared I am prevented from reporting it except during office hours. We have escalated it - makes no difference. This is a recurrent problem, we struggled for months last year. Has Telecom lost all competent staff? You are losing customers who have paid you for thirty years, but maybe you just don't care. Looking at the level of service you deserve your share price and it is inevitable that you will go out of business. In case you are wondering - the line is down again. Totally useless company.
