Business Line cut off AGAIN

My office line has been cancelled due to "an outstanding balance" YET AGAIN. It has been off for months, despite my attempts to contact Telkom and rectify this problem. They do not respond to my requests I leave on their website. I have lost all patience.

Telkom claims the company I work for owes an excess of R30, 000.00 on our account. This issue has been cleared with the accounts department and has even been cleared by HEAD OFFICE, yet each month when we do not pay them R30, 000, they cut off the line, and this song and dance starts all over again.

I AM DONE WITH TELKOM!
