Poor Service

I took out 2 new contracts in Dec 2012. it was a promotion on blackberry - R145 per month with a free speaker.
Firstly they dont have speakers in stock for 3 weeks. then when i go collect they cant find my paperwork anywhere and refuse to give me the speakers (after 60 minutes in the shop they gave them to me).
Now I receive my first invoices and it is for R160 per month - now i must go back for a 4th time to fix this error!!!
