Sim card not activated after several requests made

I received my data modem and sim card somewhere in mid-August 2013. Firstly I ordered and was charged for an additional micro-sim on this data contract to use on my iPad, this was not received until I complained and demanded for the micro-sim to be couriered to me. The data sim card I am supposed to be using in my modem is still not working. I made 4 calls to the customer care line on Friday and spoke to different agents everytime. I was told that the sim-card was not RICA'd and everytime told it will be sorted soon. Saturday afternoon I went to the Centurion branch and was told the same thing. The guy promised to call me on Sunday morning with feedback but he did not. I called him and he promised that the sim should be working by Tuesday at the latest. It's now Tuesday morning and the sim card is still not working... I paid for my August subsription for a sim card that doesnt work. I need this to be refunded and get the sim card to be activated immediately. Why can's Nashua Mobile do something right for a change. As for the Sales Consultant who helped me, Tshifhiwa Sirwali, he does not bother to help, he just tells you to contact Customer Services. Need this to be sorted...
