No Service

Am so disappointed with Telkom, Their service is very bad. I logged a call to report a faulty line yesterday, No technicians has showed up. What they are good at is sending messages saying that is has been restored. I have been calling in again and again telling the technicians that the phone is still faulty, and they promise to send someone to investigate. My last straw today was telling the the call centre technician that we will rather go to someone like Neotal if my problem is not sorted out.
Since I moved into my house 3 months ago this is the 5th time i needed to log a call for the same thing.
