SIM Card not provisioned

Applied for a duel SIM card with MTN a couple of weeks ago. Second SIM card never worked and now my primary SIM card is also unprovisioned on the network for the last 3 days. According to MTN it is a technical problem, and I have to get in line as they have a backlog. Problem is I have been a customer for 12 years and now have to wait for MTN to provision new customers first. This is a lose lose situation as MTN is losing money and I am as the days goes by.
