Poor service and no Warrantee

I made a purchase of speakers and on the same day I lodged a complaint about the poor quality asking for my money back. I was informed there is NO warrentee on speakers. The took it in to be "fixed" but I know there is nothing one can do as it will not change the quality. The wire that were broken were fixed. Point is I dont want the speakers, the quality is really bad. When taken back for repairs they could see I that there was no damage from my side after the purchase but still they dont want to give back my money. The might let me exchange but there is nothing within my price range that I can exchange it with. Yet they still refuse my money back even after asking for it on the very same say of purchase. I was phoned by the repair guy yesterday to let me know its fixed and I told him what about the exchange/money back but he said no, I must just come fetch it. No I cannot even get an exchange? Point is I would like my money back. If you cannot do so I will start the process of lodging a complaint with the comsumer board. You cannot sell a product and after wanting to return on the same day say you dont offer a warrentee. Its illegal. Voetstoots does not exist any more.
