Contract with a Justin Bieber fanpack

I signed a cellular contract with Chatz cellular festival mall and it stated that it contains a free Justin Bieber fanpack. I was told that they don't currently have stock and I could return to collect it. On returning I was told that they don't give the fannpacks with the contracts. I have phoned their head office which in turn sent me to vodaworld. I have been to vodaworld and visited every shop an customer service and still do not have what the contract said. I have made several phone calls, sent emails and visited vodaworld and everyone is failing to take responsibility for it. I feel that if I signed a contract stating that I will receive the merchandise then it should be given. This is the worst service I have ever received from a cellular shop an feel that they should not be allowed to operate as distributors if they breach the contracts. This not only gives Chatz a bad name but Vodacom aswell.
