Antique speakers damage with no compensation

Good day

I moved from Pretoria to Pinetown on 29 August 2013. In the process my speakers which my husband's grandfather build got damaged after being told to be very careful with the speakers. Now I have trouble getting response out of the company and they are full off excuses. I feel I took out the insurance. The least they can do is pay for the damage to my property, This was not an accident. One speaker has two big holes and the other one has four small holes.
