Hi-fi Connection
No refund

I bought a set of demo speakers from Hi-Fi Connection on 05/08/2013. Returned them on 12/08/2013 as I was not happy with them. The return of the speakers was accepted by Hi-Fi Connection, they gave me a different set of speakers, also demo, for evaluation purposes, no paper paper work was accompanied or changed. I returned to Hi-Fi Connection on 14/08/2013 informing them that the evaluation speakers were no better and enquired about a particular model speaker. I was informed that the model speaker that I was enquiring about would have a six week waiting period for delivery due to a fire on the cargo ship that was transporting the next shipment. I accepted the 6 week waiting period and placed the order with Hi-Fi Connection. I was issued with a new invoice depicting the order of the new speakers, the credit amount of the speakers that I originally bought, the discount they were giving me and that the evaluation speakers were on loan.

08/10/2013 I emailed cancelltion of order to Hi-Fi Connection, due to non delivery. They have refused and insist that I collect the original speakers that were bought and return the loan speakers.
