I have been with Nashua Mobile for 7-8 years on a contract. I am with Nashua because I want "after service", however, the service is non-existent & I cannot begin to explain how frustrated I am.

You find yourself on hold for hours, when you finally get through to someone you get transferred and you have to explain what it is that you need, you get transferred again and explain again, transferred again and explain again... over and over until you speak to the last person who tells you he cant help you... what a waste of time!!

to top it all off i submitted a cession at the Sandton City Branch which is supposed to take up to and no longer than 7 days to process.. I phoned in to follow up on the cession and the phones ring but NO ONE will ever answer. I then called head office several times too about the fact that i cannot get through to this branch... again i explained and was probably transferred to every employee who works at Nashua Mobile. After a lot of calls back and forth i found out that my papers were lost and now i need to re-submit the cession. Can someone PLEASE sort the service out?
