On Friday 05 April 2013, I went into Nashua Mobile's store at Northgate. My purpose was to transfer a company owned contract into my personal name. After completing all the criteria set out on their "cession guideline document", I was still sent to the bank to get bank statements as the ones I had brought were not good enough. They wanted bank-stamped statements (which was not mentioned in the above-mentioned document). I duly complied. I was told that the cession would be done within 7 days.

It has STILL NOT been done!!! I had a call from Bianca on Friday 19 April relating to another complaint I had. She promised to look into the matter and get back to me. I am still waiting for her to call me!! I phoned the customer care (misnomer) line and EVENTUALLY got to speak to a consultant who said there is no record of cession on this cell number! The uselessness of Nashua Mobile strikes again. I asked to speak to Bianca today and was told she was in a meeting and unavailable. I asked the consultant to transfer me to his superior but alas, the superior was also in a meeting (wow, I was sooo surprised by this) I requested the "superior" to call me back. I am still waiting for this call
