In November 2013 me and my mother went into the Nashua Mobile shop to do a cession on my cell phone contract from my mother's name to my name. We handed in ALL the necessary documents and also signed ALL the forms needed for the cession. The shop ensured us that the cession will be done in 2-3 days. It is now 2 months later and the cession is still not done. I have been following up with Nashua Mobile for the past 2 weeks now, phoning over 20 times to the shop and nobody could help me. Nothing have changed. Nobody is phoning me back. The cession is still not done. The shop manager just tell me that she is waiting for the cession department. How is it possible to take 2 months to do a cession??? This is unbelievable. The worst service in the world. I am very disappointed and furious!!! Now I receive sms's telling me that I am due for an upgrade!! I CAN"T DO THE UPGRADE BECAUSE THE CONTRACT IS NOT ON MY NAME!!! And my mother is not staying close by to give me permission to do the upgrade!!! Why has the cession not been done??? What is the matter???
