ON 2013-09-06 I phoned nashua mobile as they did not debit my account. I spoke to Tebogo Mogare who said they made a mistake by running the account on a wrong date and he could not explain the reason why this error was done. He transferred me to Yandiswa who was not helpful at all after explaining my self again she without any notification put me on hold and transferred me to Ayanda who claimed to be on the same position. all i needed to know was why did Nashua Mobile change the debt date and who is going to pay bank charges further more who is going to sort out their mess as they decided to change the dates without any concern from me
