No feedback / 2 weeks and still no solution

Dear Nashua Mobile,

I applied for a cession on 14 January 2014, i was informed that this would take 4-5 days. No problem. Called on Monday 20 January 2014 as I hadn't heard anything. Only to be told that there was a problem (a migration was processed instead of a cession) and my cession was not done, all you needed to do was e-mail me and inform me. Why should I have to phone you?

The cession was then resubmitted and numerous calls to Nashua Mobile have left me with no answers as to when this cession will get done, there is a special that ends at the end of January 2014 and I can't process my upgrade until this is done thus losing out on the special.

Apparently the consultants have no direct line to Head Office and have to use e-mail, e-mails are queued and it takes up to 24 hours to get a response, how can you operate this way?
