In Sept2012 I got a call from an agent from Cell C Get It, who explained to me that because of my great conduct of my cell c contract, they would like to give me rewards to thank me. She explained to me the features and benefits which sounded great! Then she went on to explain that the is a montly fee of R39 rand, however the first month is for free, I asked her if I would get to opt in on the 2nd month, she said no problem. I never made use of this service and in Nov i was billed about R70 extra on my cell c debit order, I immediately called Cell c and was told they couldnt help me as they didnt have access to Get It, I would have to contact them directly, which I did in Dec. I have gotten no joy since! They told me it would be cancelled but I was still debited in January! After making a dozen calls to Get it regarding the same query... I got a call from one of their agents today (Brenda Mondlane) who had concluded after listening to the recording that I was told that I would be billed that amount, she even let me listen to it! To my understanding i would get to opt in after trying this for free first month>She confirm its cancelled but no REFUND.Is this the way u thank your clients?
