No comunication from store level

On Wednesday 13.02.13 I Mrs L Everts was on my way to work when the glass of my Lanco watch that i bought on 24 December 2012 just popped out I then phoned the store @09H00 and was told that it will take 4 weeks for the repairs of the watch, however I asked to speak to the Store manager and they could Not find himher.ok, i then left my number to be contacted, However i contacted the store again @10hoo and was told the SM is in a meeting no one could assist me regarding the query or complaint that i have and up till now there was NO communication from the store as I left my cell number with two diffrent ladies
