Useless Service - Well below PAR

On the 23rd of Jan I booked my phone in for repairs. This was a slow and tedious process. Finally i was told that my phone would take 7-10 working days. 2 weeks later, on the 6th of Feb around about the time i was expecting to get that sms telling me my phone back and i can come and collect it... but instead i get a system generated sms telling me that my phone has just been booked into the Technical Centre for repairs. This is 2 weeks after I booked my phone in with the store in question... Now can someone please explain to me where my phone was for 2 weeks and why it was not booked in sooner?... I have subsequently spoken to the manager of the store who is 'trying" to help me... this is of course; when she returns your calls, when the system is working, and when the store answers their phone. I am now 1 week down the line since speaking to the store manager and am still no closer to getting my phone back than I was 2 weeks ago.

MTN by far has to be the most useless cellphone service provider out there (in more ways then 1). Their in-store service is a JOKE and well below par... I have received better service at the licensing dept and hone affairs. (Enough Said).
