Vodacom
Getting too big for service?

I complained about bad internet reception. Max 30 kbps and only Vodacom Edge connection. A consultant did visit me promply and advised somebody else will contact me to install boosters etc. Vodacom did install a new tower in our town about 2 years ago but it is still not operational!
People in town now moving to Telkom and other satellite providers. I have been a customer of Vodacom since 1994 but will definitely cancel my contract as one get the impression they are so big now they can afford to lose a customer here and there.
