Waiting 3 months

When iPhone 5 arrvied in SA last year I went to my MTN store to renew my contract.
I was told iPhones were not available yet on corporate contracts and no ETA.
I got Sandra Meszarich ' email address and we stayed in touch via email about every 2 weeks. I kept getting told the phone was not available and she did not know by when etc. etc. Maybe in February etc. etc.
When I followed up again on Monday I was told: "I cannot tell you any longer what is on your SBSA promo, no longer situated there, please check with the guys at the kiosk".
When I asked for someone else's email address, I got told "Unfortunately you're going to have to build a relationship with somebody there.."

When I went to the store again this morning, Barbara very helpfully ordered my phone and renewed my contract. And told me the phones had been available on corporate contracts since mid - January.

Very annoyed with Sandra and the attitude that it is not her probelm as she left the branch!!
And I could have had my iPhone a month ago!!!
