Supply of phones!

I have been due for an upgrade for three months now. i went into the store on the day of my upgrade and i choose a white Iphone 5. i was them told that i would have to wait a week to get the phone. i waited a week to get the phone and when i return to the store. to be told that there are no white Iphones. i then get told that there are black iPhones so then having to give up what i really wanted and paying for i choose the black iPhone 5. i then get told there are no more left and i will have to wait till the 1st of march to get my iPhone 5. it is the 6th of April and i am still being told there are nun left and have to carry on waiting. This is the worst service I've ever had to deal with and i would highly not recommend the four ways mall Vodacom to anyone for their lack of products and lack of helping service
