Continuous Intermitted Bad Signal and Reception

It seems to me that whenever we have strong winds in the Gordonsbay area, something goes wrong with either our reception, or the signal, or whatever, but my phone stop working because I loose the signal completely. However, if I then go down the road to Somerset West, the signal comes back 100% and the phone works fine. This is not an isolated incident and it seems to happen intermittently whenever there is strong windy conditions, which incidently happens to be a normal and regular weather condition for the Gordonsbay area. Could this possibly be investigated and dealt with at a higher level than just another ordinary customer complaint?
