I requested a once off data bundle added on to my 1 Gig top up line which the person I was speaking to did, but a few days later I had still not recived the data. I called in again and was informed that a mistake was made and that it is not actually possible to add a data budle onto a top up data package. The consultant informed me that they would remove the monthly data bundle (note that I had asked for a once off data budle) and credit me the cost. Today I called in to upgrade my line to a higher package and was informed (after being transferred between 3 consultants and being on hold for 20 minutes) that the data bundle was still on my account. The consultant I was dealing with was completely clueless as to the different package options and kept putting me on hold to find out. After 3 instances of this happening I asked to speak to a team leader or manager but was told that they were all in meetings. I requested that one of them contact me and I am still waiting!
