Okay so this morning I purchased me airtime which did not show, then when I contact CELLC they tell me I need to contact Nahsua Mobile as my account is with them, I ask the rep from CellC to contact them and have Nashua Mobile contact me themselves. So the agent from Nashua Mobile contacts me and I explain my situation. He keeps me on the phone for a hour within that hour I only spoke to him for 15 minutes as the rest of the hour I was placed on hold. When he comes to me with a resolve it seems as though that CellC cannot trace my purchase of air time and that I need to contact my Bank to receive the refund. I then ask to speak to a manager and he puts me on hold again yet this time he drops the call. I then contact Nashua Mobile back using my own airtime from another source and gets through to Melissa who is still not a manager yet a Senior consultant who tells me the same thing. The trouble I am having is that they seem to fail to understand that my money is gone and it is not the 1st time that this company disregards the customer and what the customer has to sacrifice. This is ridiculous and I want to cancel my association with them without having to pay them even more.
