I recently upgraded my contract and decided on a BB Z10, during the conversation the consultant asked me if 250mb per month will be enough, I said fine as I have Wifi available, whar he did not inform me is that the BB Z10 comes without BIS as they are to "data hungry" The soul reason why I use Blackberry is because of BIS. This weekend alone my phone used 200 mb's of data. I went to Nashua Mobile in Randfontein where i received good service but the deal was done with the call centre and they got the call centre to call me, what a revelation, a cheeky as can be call center operator called me just to inform me that it is all my own fault and that he did not bother to inform me about not having BIS as I have data on my phone. Nashua Mobile. Nashua Mobile youre staff cheekiness and telling me "but why did you say you have WI FI" WHAT DOES THAT MATTER, he slipped up by not providing crucial information and now makes me the guilty party. You will rectify this or I wil take the matter to the NCA tomorrow.
