Water damage?

I recently filed a compleint with Vodacom Tygervalley Group, which was wrong! The complaint is actually meant for Vodacom Mimosa Mall! My phone has been in for 3 repairs in a matter of 8 months, with the same problam, only according to them different solutions. Now all of a sudden my phone has water damage on it??? How convenient? My phone never gets near water, so who is to say the engineer did not spill the water on my phone whilst its been in for the repair? All I need is a phone people!!! Sort this nonsense out please!
