I lost my phone today and i called call center trying to do sim swap, and i got a help from a lady who does not know how to help the customer and is not the 1st time i got that bad serivece from the ladys who work at mnt, i called again and i got help from a guy who did help me very well. those ladys who work at mnt they need to fix there attitude whn they are hleping other ladys.
