Mixed up sim swap

I lost my phone and did a simswap at the MTNsc at menlyn the sim swap did not work, so i called in and was told that a prepaid simswap cannot be done at store level 1st of all. I then left that and luckily found my phone. I then put my sim card in my phone to make calls then found that it doesnt work. I called my number and went through to another gentlemens phone and said that he had been getting my banking sms's and OTA passwords. THIS guy couldv wiped me clean! luckily i called the 173 call centre and got Thandeka the lovely smart lady that sorted the problem out 1st time. The 1st time i called and explained to a lady named Zoleka from Durban and her manager Themba Mthembu who didnt know how to solve the problem. THANK YOU THANDEKA FOR YOUR GREAT SERVICE.PLEASE TEACH-THE REST.
