TAKING PEOPLE FOR GRANTED

I was at RAGE PHUMLANI and the sale ladys had too much attitude towards customers most of people wanted to close their accounts because the ladys always do their paper work infront of customers and they tell them to sit and wait but the store was too small to keep more than ten people inside.

i bought shoes on the 3rd of june and i went to get my refund on the 4th of june and the lady called DOCUS told me they dont refund and i said who said so she told me to sit and relax she will explain to me after she finished with her paper work i told her i am going to work she didnt even bother i waited for an hour as they told me she is the only one who does refunds and sshe was smilling and badmouthing me.
the other lady was so frustated as her husband was also waiting outside.

i insisted they must phone head office for my refund and finally she did and she didnt give my slip as she said it was a refund she was laughing out loud and i forgot my card i had to go back to get my card as i was so mad and she was relaxing

how can she work in a retail store with such an attitude or maybe is because it is in phumlani mall and they take people for granted.
