Bad service

I sent my iphone in for an ear piece repair (it was a bit soft) i received a quote from MTN for R4000.00. I thought this was ridiculous so i asked them to return the handset. After 4 days i asked about my phone and they said it would be back by the next day, i have been sending someone there every second day and i still have not got my phone back. My phone went in on the 9th of Jan 2013. I checked on the internet for a new earpiece and could get one for R170.00, when searching further i found a company in Gateway Shopping center that will repair the earpiece for R120.00 or replace it for R430.00 . I dont know how MTN came up with there quote of R4000.00.
