THE WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED!!!

I took my GalaxyS4 to Darro Electronics for a swollen battery and bulged screen on 2 October 2013 with a 3-5 working days turn around. I phoned the next week and they said they are waiting for parts to arrive the following day. Then I find out they need an earpiece as well (which wasn't broken). I waited 3 WEEKS before they received parts and fixed it on 23 October 2013! I later on found out that the NEW battery was faulty as well, as it didn't want to charge at all. Also, the new earpiece they fitted was loose and rattling every time my phone vibrated. The next day they gave me a new battery and "fixed" the loose earpiece (It is still rattling) I switched on the GPS on my phone to navigate to my next destination, and now my GPS does not work at all! So they keep on braking something new. I logged a complaint on Samsung customer services and I only received feedback in mid January 2014. I eventually booked it in again on 21 January 2014. I asked to talk to the Manager (Gert van Vuuren) about the problems, and he had the audacity to try and shift the blame on me every time. It has now been over a week again with the usual excuse of waiting for parts.By far the worst service ever!!!
