UNPAID CLAIM FROM 2016

I have a unpaid claim since 2016. NEVER did they say anything. Each time you contact them it's a different story. My ex's pension was paid out almost a month ago and yet I haven't received anything. The call centre people are very rude and unprovisional. If you email them they ignore you. Yesterday I had to phone three times just so that someone could help me, the one lady dropped the phone as she accused me of having the phone on speaker what wasn't true. I've sent them documents again as they said the court stamp isn't clear. This morning they said they cant accept it as every page must be stamped. How does this work??? It's a court order. If I ask to speak to Zandile that contacted me she/ they refuse I have to speak to a agent, why???
