NO ONE CAN FIX THEIR MISTAKE, KEEPS REFFERING

Had my account with Nedbank for several years, when I opened the account someone captured my details incorrectly. This caused my initials to be TJJ instead of TJ Pretorius. Up untill now this wasn't a problem but I am now waiting for a payout from my provident fund and the bank returns account confirmation to MIBFA every single time stating my details are wrong. Without bank confirmation MIBFA cannot pay out my monies and Nedbank are really not helping the situation at all.
To start with I went in to the branch (Springs/Avenues) and were told that there is nothing wrong with my account,
I then phoned the contact center where I was told the problem has been solved. After another try from MIBFA we realized nothing was done and I still have the same problem. I phoned again and was told they cannot help me... to top it all the reference number they gave me on the first call said I phoned to request E-MAILED bank statements??? They now want me to go back to the branch and the branch tells me they cannot help me??? If this was a mistake on my side, total different story but it is their stuff up. I expect NEDBANK to contact RICHARD at MIBFA to resolve this issue (011 870 2321).
