Autopage continues to dissapoint!!!

I have 2 accounts with Autopage. One cell phone account and one ipad on contract.

I changed banking details in July of 2012 and have had issues ever since.

The accounts department is absolutely shocking. They are too lazy to go and look for clients proof of payments that have account details as references so instead they will not help you unless you incur charges for going back and getting bank statements..

When you send them to the accounts department nothing gets done about it. Your account still gets softblocked and you then struggle to find competant staff who can help you solve the issue.

I have spoken to various people, some of them being Tobogo Zuma (Pre - Legal Credit Controller) who lived up to the shocking customer service that autopage offers. He too promised to do what he could to get this matter sorted out.

I then contact Autopage after another softblocking incident and spoke to Palesa Mnisi on Friday 01/02/2013 who i asked to get back to me. Today 06/02/2013 I need to email them asking whats happening with the feed back i was supposed to get.

I now sit with a blocked cell phone and Ipad due to Autopages incompetance and no one to fix it.

TOO FRUSTATED!!!
