Deductions of Call times

I am a pensioner and received the invitation to enter their Dream Call competition Free - I had bought only R10-00 airtime - could not understand why I daily got a number of winning digits - they don't allow you reply.
On checking my balance I found all my cell time was taken off - This is - I am a pensioner and allow my self R10-00 for calls from my cell per month - How can they start deducting money after saying it was free - No explanation and you cannot contact them. I want my airtime back. I AT NO TIME AGREED TO PAY I HAD A SMS SENT SAYING IT WAS FREE. I WANT MY AIRTIME BACK.
