Cell C
Can't phone 0860 numbe

When I upgraging my contract in November 2012 Cell C didn't have the same contract type. I had to upgrade to a Top-up 150. Only to realize today that I could even phone my medical aid (a 0860) number. On the day I renewed my contact the agent at East Rand Mall only indicated that I will not be able to do international roaming without prior arrangements. Nothing was said about local shared numbers (0860) I feel Cell C is selling their contarcts under false pretences. If I do add airtime and do not use them within a 2 to 3 monyh period they can my airtime I paid for. This is what their Customer Care states. This was not explained nor in the contract. Cell C is a ripp-off. I wish I could cancel my contarct and go somewhere elese where I can get a better service.
