Suspension after account was paid

On the 03 Feb 2013, I paid my account. Amount due was R 540.50
On the 04 Feb 2013 I received a notification sms to pay the account, 8 min later I received another notification sms that Autopage received the payment.
Today (6 Feb 2013) I received yet another notification sms that said I failed to submit payment and my account will be suspended. After this sms I tried to make a call and found my account was suspended.

For the past months now, after I paid my account I received Notification sms'es, threatening my account will be suspended after I paid and received a notification sms, that payment was received.

I had a previous dispute with Autopage after service sms'es was charged on my account that I did not give consent for. During that dispute I stopped to pay via debit order and started to pay manually via eft.
This unfair suspension of my account was the final straw. I consider this a breach of contract and I'm holding Autopage liable for any losses I may lead. I'm also not interested to have my phone reconnected at all. I consider my contract void.
